A .Why the transfer color is not clear ?

Reasons(a):
1. Please make sure that the paper used is correct. High-resolution thermal sublimation paper is used for hard materials such as ceramics.
2. Pressure is too small to lead to sublimation is not accurate

3. Temperature is not high enough to lead to low transfer rate Insufficient time for transfer.

4. Too long time leads to diffusion after sublimation.

Method :1. Pressure adjustment to manual as an example, with a little power to be pressed down as the standard.
2 The recommended temperature is 180 degrees Celsius and the time is 25~30s.

Reasons(b):

1. There is more air in the inner ink cartridge connected to the power supply.
2. There are too many sundries and dust in the printer pump accessories
3. If the printer used other inks before, the print head was not cleaned in time after replacing the thermal sublimation ink,resulting in blockage.

Method :1. Take out the connection and fill the inner cartridge with ink. Try to eliminate the air in the cartridge.
2. Clean the nozzle scraper and pump accessories.
3. After standing for 20 minutes, connect the feeding machine, and clean the print head for 2-3 times continuously.
4. If the above steps do not work, the nozzle does not produce ink (ink-jet detection can be seen), please use special cleaning fluid for the heat sublimation ink .

B.Why not washable ?

Clothes containing cotton is higher, the heat sublimation ink can not be colored on the natural fiber method: cotton cloth can choose pure cotton hot print ink.
