Mug printing ink dye sublimation ink for Ep 5113 head

Introduction of Sublimation dye ink :

Sublimation ink also called dye sublimation ink ,different from textile pigment ink.It generally printed on the sublimation paper by digital printer, then transfer to the defined media via heat press machine or heat sublimation machine under high temperature, then it could be used for all chemical fiber, polyester or fiber less than 40% cotton.

Notice : color printing on paper is not the last color , usually the color on paper is lighter ,but show the original color once transfer to the t shirt ,mugs, ceramic ,plates etc.

Feature of sublimation ink :

1. High Color fidelity : imported raw materials, strict quality standards, color fidelity, close to the original ink
2. Strong compatibility: Highly compatible with original ink, high color density, printed text and pictures very clear!
3. Good stability: new color paste, high purity additives, advanced dispersion technology, avoid impurities and ink particles uniform,do not sink.
4. Smooth printing without clogging: level-3 filtration, 0.5PL dye particles, 1.5PL pigment and sublimation particles, repeated testing, excellent chemical and physical stability, not easy to deteriorate, not easy to precipitation
5. The deviation between the special quality ink and the original ink should be within 7%.
